My scenario is slightly unusual and we learned that it wasn't possible for me to work with a broker on the mortgage I needed. When I found out I didn't get approved through Steve's bank connections he immediately sent my file to two of his close contacts directly at the bank level. One called me within a few hours,... assured me I would be approved, and I was (within a week).
